CalMedi complies with European (GDPR) and French regulations on personal data protection. This policy explains how we safeguard the confidentiality of the information you share with us.
The processing activities described below cover both the marketing website calmedi.io and the calendar synchronisation application.
Data we collect
We only collect the information strictly required to deliver and secure the service.
- Identification data: first name, last name, professional email address, phone number.
- Calendar data synchronised: appointment title, time, duration, status, location details.
- Technical data: connection logs and metadata required for security and traceability.
Purposes and legal bases
- Contract performance: calendar synchronisation, user support, billing.
- Legitimate interest: continuously improving the product and protecting the platform.
- Consent: sending marketing communications only when you have opted in.
Retention periods
- Account data is stored while you use the service and deleted 12 months after closure.
- Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months for security purposes.
- Synchronised appointments are neither stored nor archived beyond the time needed to deliver them to your calendars.

CalMedi works with certified providers based in the European Union or offering adequate safeguards.
- Hosting and infrastructure: EU providers compliant with GDPR requirements.
- Payments: Stripe, PCI-DSS certified.
- Calendar synchronisation: official Doctolib and Google APIs using secure OAuth2 authentication.
